quadzilla problems

I am writing this for my fiance so bare with me, he has explained the problem to me and I will try to explain the problem the best I can, He put a 500 quadzilla motor into a 250quadracer chassis for ice racing, he's done this before and had the same problem, the rivets are breaking off the flywheel, he thinks possibly could be the silencer and is gonna change that to see if it makes a difference, do you have any suggestions?

Did you mean to say he's going to change the Balancer? If not, I would check that. The counter balancer shaft In the engine. Make sure It Is timed correctly. That would cause more viberation than normal, and could have something to do with the flywheel rivets shaking loose.

no he said silencer because it has a spark eliminator I believe, something that breaks the spark, so he was gonna switch it to one that doesnt, I will let him know what you mentioned to check, I was thinking the way he described it that they werent vibrating loose they were like breaking off.
