pc calipers?

hey pappy, does the pistons need to come out
before pc. I've got mine off and was wondering about
the pistons.

also what about that brass looking rod that slides
thru the calipers? is it removable?

yes and yes but the rod your refering to can stay in but shouldnt be blasted
