anyone know alot about snowboards?

Went to the mountain for the 2nd time with my new board (Rome artifact) and find this after my second run. Will rome cover it? will they atleast fix it for me or will a board shop be able to fix it?

Did you hit anything with it? If not, send it back. The separating is most likely a problem with the glue bonding the layers.

Happend to one of my boards. I just had someone fix it. I forgot what he did since it was years ago but it worked great.

thing is, i paid 350 bucks for it and its 10 days old. thats why im upset. hopefully they replace it

They will probaly just reglue it and send it back to you. Did you hit it on a rail. Go back to shop you got it from and try to get them to give you a brand new one. I had a capita that did that they reglued it and it came apart again. Good luck.

yea at creek. didnt hit a rail. the place i bought it from is sending it out to rome.
