price...the response i got when i asked for a sponsorship last year was..."we don't even talk to you unless your pro or pro-am"

atleast they could have said no, we really don't sponsor many riders. but thanks for the inquiry. would have gone over much better with me!

sounds like a good reason to not purchase their products. i guess about the same... at least 2k. they are awfully proud of everything else they make.

Maybe a little off topic, but why are the top slicast a-arms flipped upside down in some pics? I noticed it in race coverage as well.

Uh ohhh!! I may have to order up a set to try out on the race bike. I am going to call on them tommorow, I'll try to get as many details as possible. Also I'm hoping they have some kind of protection for the body, it looks too much exposed...

Just a goof at the powdercoaters. The new arms are installed now, but with testing sometimes this stuff happens.

As soon as they bolted them up Sturdivant was all Smiles:D

What does that have to do with anything?

I was just stating that I don't like Penske and won't support him or his products thats all.

I'm a ig Nascar Fan and he thinks that he was just gonna come in and take the sport by storm which he didn't. And he has a very cocky attitude. He acts like everything he touches should turn to gold or its worth its weight in gold...Like these shocks. Fox has there shocks that are great shocks from what everyone says and now Axis comes along and is priced above quite a bit above Fox. What gives? Are they worth it? Who knows.

I have done alot of testing on shocks in my day. I havent been able to get a better setup then my axis shocks that I ran last year.....That was until we bolted on the new airshock. Its the exact shock system I ran last year with air springs instead of Ti springs. The adjustabilty is incredible, and the bottom out resistance had us laughing quite a bit. Put it this way I wasnt able to frame my bike out at all, and believe me I tried. All thats while having the bike sit about an inch lower and a super super plush ride. Also current Axis riders will be able to upgrade there current shocks to air shocks with out buying a whole new setup.

Well hopefully i have answered some questions.
