Looking for some answeres, I have a 03 trx 90 looking to do some mods to make it more race ready . Whers a good start and what kind of pipe .???

Suspension is the place to start you can make it as fast as you want if the bike can’t handle it that’s dangerous. I’m no expert at this Honda stuff……… this will be our first year on one, we raced e-ton’s for five years but our Honda frame’s at Dave Carter’s getting suspension front and rear and I hope to have it back this week. I’ll post pics of Dave’s stuff when it gets here. Not having a clue about a Honda engine I left it in the very capable hands of Charlie McVay of Mcvay Racing. Talking to Charlie about exhaust he wanted to go with a Big Gun, but Kyle got a free Yohsimura full system for wining his class in the PAMX quad series so of course we’re going to use it.


Not sure how much time you have but I try to get the best of everything for my builds and I can let you know how things go.

if your looking for bolt on stuff. fmf has a great pipe and works shocks has some great shocks for it

I have a brand new in the box Yosh pipe available for a trx 90 if you are interested

KIDS ON QUADS, has some really nice suspension kits for the trx 90, and has alot of motor parts and pipes on their web site kidsonquads.com

I have a new set of snow dogs 18x6.5x8 will they work on a 8x8 douglas .190 rim with a 4/110 bolt pattern ??? thats what I need .

8x8 are to wide for them tires!

not sure and correct me if i'm wrong but i think the trx90 rim is a 4x85.

sorry i didnt say we r running a 300ex rear end set up with the 4/110 hubs .
