Kelsey was WAY over due to have a new pipe installed on her mini hybrid, she has sprung a few cracks that was getting pretty bad , so we decided before the season opener that we would get er done!
We bought a pipe for each motor she has -one pipe we still need to modifiy..

There was quite abit of time needed to modify it to fit properly, changes were made head pipe and to be cut and turned in two dif. sections...mounting tabs all have to be relocated, the stinger off the expantion chamber had to be cut and turned, a new mid -section had to be cut and lengthened and the silencre mounting tab on the top had to be cut off and put at the very end and a 2nd mounting tab had to be put on the bottom ,so that it mounted like a blaster pipe .Its now also protected better from a rear hit and tucked tighter under the frame.
This pipe designed should give a nice hit in the mid compared to what we had before .heres a few pics of the pipe.
Its also spark arrested and claims a 94-96DB at minimal power loss..This will be very benifical to WORCS racing where both spark arrestors and sound testing are required.
Unfortunately, when custom cutting, some of the BLING on the outside is effected.
This is the Fatty torque. The other one were doing is the Fatty Moto.

Hey-thanks! :)
It desperately needs a new coat of powder... Once we get a break with the racing this summer, we want to tear it down and give it a little more TLC. My son may be next in line to race it, so we ight wait until he gets it and change colors.. whos knows. lol
Sea Salt was not kind to some of the parts when we raced in Pismo .:ermm:
So much to do... so little time-AND $$$$!! :p
lol
