I just pulled my carb off, cleaned it, installed 155 main, 40 pilot and moved clip down one notch, i'm running a 2002 400 ex with no air lid and k&N, sparks advance...

after adjusting my pilot, it idles perfectly, but when i rev off idle it WHITE smokes... it use to white smoke only if sitting still and bounced rev limiter, but now it will through out 2000rpm up...

also my bowl is overflowing, is there anything i should check especially for this. it stopped overflowwing once, but started again and wont stop....

I used search but i came up with anything from white smoke is ok, to valves valve guides, rings, fuel...

Now everyone says Black is rich, blue is oil, its not blue...

but white smoke is usually caused by Liquid condesing in the exhaust stream... (I troubleshoot diesels generators for a living, )

Could somone with some knowledge could give me a direction,

or is it just cause the floats stuck?

(could this also be cause its cold out side and i finally am not running lean?)

Thanks
