ok, well my wheeler hasnt been running for awhile now. i took the head off and the head gasket was bad. so i got a new head gasket in there....got it all put back together...kicked it over twice...started right up...let it run and it died...couldnt get it started again...then we tried push starting it, and when i pulled in the clutch and tried pooping it into gear it would just lock the tires up and not even try to go. like the clutch lever isnt doing anything. even know it pulls all the way on the engine..any ideas?

take the clutch cover off and pull the lever. then check if the clutch shaft is even pushing the plates and fibers apart.

im having lots of problems with my machine =x not to happy hahaha

drain the oil and the coolant, then take out the 10mm bolts around the perimeter of the clutch side of the case.

i know what you mean. i got mad at my 250r when it wasnt running on a trip to the dunes and almost sold it to get a raptor. glad i didnt though.

well i had it sitting in my garage..and i moved it to a different garage where it is heated...when i moved it i couldnt get it in nuetral...now that it is warmed up i can..but the clutch doesnt do anything. would that be stopping it from starting?

Didnt see it mentioned but did you try puttin a new spark plug in it ?
