I was looking for a dremmel post but I found
this and it caught my attention

QUOTE:If you take off your head pipe, and look inside it, it is welded at the flange. The weld creates a restiction in the flow. use a dremmel and grind the welds down to create a smooth flow thru into the pipe, and reinstall it.: QUOTE

They guys said that u could really tell a difference in
the throttle response, and I was just wondering if it worked
and if it could be performed on a 300ex headpipe thanx

I dont think it would have it on a 300ex header cause its only a single shaft.

I would imagin that if the 400Ex has it i would bet that a 300Ex has it too. The headers are made the same way and are the same pipe just the 300 doesn;t have the other pipe. Just take off your header and find out. It won;t hurt nuttin to check it out.
