Now that I spent all that time and money rebuilding the carb on my 250x, it has no spark. I replaced the plug already. It also has no spark AT ALL if you stick a screwdriver in the boot and hold it close to the head while kicking it over.
Yes, the key is on and the switch is set to the run position.
I cleaned all the wires and connections into the CDI and coil. Still no spark. Before I start throwing parts at this thing (coils and CDIs are expensive) what would you look for first?

PS.. Should I be able to start this quad with the reverse lever up?
