jetting suggestions

Any recommended jetting with the following??

2000 honda 400ex

11:1 wiseco piston
hot cam stage 1
white brothers e series full exhuast
white brothers rev box
K&N air filter with outerwear

runs with the lid on but a few small holes are drilled in the back of it

id like to keep the lid on
