I just bought a 250r that I am trying to fix up and the shop manual hasn't arrived yet so I have a few questions.
1. Where is the idle screw, I only see one screw on the carb right by the boot that goes to the intake.
2. What compression numbers should I read on a cold motor? Warm motor?
3. Is there a positive way to tell if I need a new top end?
