how do i edit my profile?

how do i get a profile picture? how do i put wat i have /parts below were it shows my message?

click usercp at the top of the page, right under the ad, and then click on edit profile. and options, under profile, there should be signature, the sig is where you can put your quads, and info. and under options, you can go down to where it say avatar, and you can upload a very small pic, it has to be 65x65 pixels, so make it small before you upload it, any questions?
