OK, I have been searching and searching and have come to this but it is not in stone

You can have it on as long as you are parked and are off public highway, correct? Does anybody know of the statute or whatever that i can show the cop if he decides to be a dick?

never really seen it written anywhere either. the guy that i bought my old truck from was a fireman. and it had the neon lights all on the bottom and he said you can only have it on when your like parked in a parking lot like you said.

i had a set on my first truck and got pulled over and given a ticket. impersonating(sp) a police officer, and dazaling lights. it was funny but sucked at the same time, went to court to fight it and the cop never showed up so NOT GUILTY but they are illegal for that reason, when driving

Neon lights and such under the car in my state are legal. You just cant have red or blue while driving because thats police light colors.

As stated above in KY you can have them as long as they are not red or blue. Actually they can be red or blue as long as they are constantly on no flashing.

You can have them in PA as long as they are not on while on the highway or roadway...So u can have them on in a parking lot just dont forget to turn them off when you leave...

as said before...illegal in unless parked...but...if the local law prohibits them, then they are illegal all the time...so your best bet would be to call the local police station and ask
