will this carb work?

does anybody know if a 04-05 trx 450r carb w/hot start work ok on a 400/yz426 hybrid ok or should i stick with a yamaha style carb?
i know there both keihn but i think they are set up differntly as far as the throttle cables and the wiring,do you even need to hook up the wiring on the carb?

The stock YZF FCR carb is a much better carb! Stick with it. The 04/05 trx carbs are keihin, but not similiar to the FCR on the YZF426 engine. From experience you will be better off running the stock 426 carb. Cant beat it!
