Does this cylinder look like an ESR port job? The guy I bought it from said its trx9, but he bought it 2nd hand so no telling what the 1st user has done to it. Thanks

ESR would have engraved the porting number "TRX9" on the bottom of the cylinder intake side if they did the porting. It was likely bought from them but not ported by them. Looks like someone was practicing their porting skills.

it has esr trx9 on the bottom, just didn't catch that in the pic :p

Looks like a rasp wheel did that. Or a very used old carbide bit. I would just use my finger and wet sand it with 220 silicon carbide paper works good. That will clean that up good. This is what my exhaust port looks like. I used a felt wheel and about three different polish compounds after 10 cartridge rolls and small 80 grit flap wheels.
