Would anyone happen to have some personal insight on how much a sales person in an atv dealership makes? What about the finance manager?

I have been recently growing tired of my career and was thinking of joining my interest with my career to make work feel less like work. The problem is that I would still like to make equivalent money

Car sales would be more lucrative than atv sales. Atv sales would be a good start though:D

well i can speak from experience, i did motorsport sales for almost two years, at a #1 ranked honda dealer in pa. As a dealership with 6 salesman we sold 200 + units any given month. On average i would sell between 30-40 units. That being said my paychecks were nothing to brag about. Most salesmen get paid on commission, so if the dealership gives great deals, you get paid nothing. (ex: $30 on a sale)If the dealership is strict on the prices you sell half as many units and ....still get nothing. You also work late nights, and saturdays. All in all it was a good experience and easy, but you have no time to ride, and no money at the end of the month to ride! haha hope this helps

what about the finance manager? did he make any money?

well we went through a few finance people, the last guy came from a car store, and daily complained about not making money so im not real sure how they did. I can say they make their money selling warranties etc, and most kids buying bikes and quads dont want to spend a dollar more than they already are..
