I've never heard of anyone bending/breaking a 250ex frame. Thats not to say they are indestructable, it just means that the few who likely have, either are too embarassed to chime in, or too dead to say anything. ;)

If you're worried about it, guesset the frame. Or are you asking because it is after the fact?

I've had my share of nasty spills, and I have no frame issues.
