We can blast the parts an ship them bare. I do have a question how thick will the added powder coat be?

a geuss would be around 4 mils using a silver and a clear coat. not thick enough to worry with anything as far as fitment on those parts.

Here are some measurements to give you an idea of how big they are.

the 4 thick bars there are two that 18 inches long the other two are 19 inches long and they are fairly thick but I think it takes a 1 inch wrench to fit the nut to adjust them so they are not crazy thick.

the long skinny one is just tic or two under 26 inches long and is really thin.

the springs are right a foot long.

then the other little are just a few inches.

Hey pappy, my dad has a question about powder coating the springs. I know you do quad springs and I am sure they compress more then what ours do, but is there a risk of the powder coating chipping under compression?

Hey pappy, we are going to blast the parts tomorrow and they should be on there way soon I think our plans may change.

But we do have a question

will the powder chip off of the springs when they are compressed?

Pappy

there shouldnt be any issues with the powder not holding onto the spring, if there is, you know i will stand behind it:)

So it is $140 give or take. what color would be the best to look like chrome?

Pappy

i would use a chrome with clear ...it will look like bright silver.
