wiring question!!! PROBLEM!! HELP!!

hey guys.. just got this 250r today and i took the plastics off to look around i noticed this one wire (green) was broken and there are also two plugs that are not even plugged up at all.. what are these for??? important?? headlights?? bike does run...

looks to me thats just your headlight harness plugs, the green wire also.. no need to worry..

the green wire is for the regulator. i'm thinking the the open plugs are for the headlights.
