They definitly recall right away if there is any chance of people getting hurt even before the goverment gets on them. Im still waiting for yamaha to recall the 01 raptor tranny. I remember when they recalled the 400ex because someone at the factory installed some brake pads on the same side of the disc so they recalled all of them. You would think the dealer would notice it.
