Does anyone know what temp the expansion pipe gets up to on the DRR 90? I'm going to ceramic coat my sons 90 but need to know how hot they get so I can get the right product. There are a couple of different coatings. One is good up to 800 and the other around 1200. This is a service I will be offering hopefully by summer.

Thank you,
Jason

I cannot say what tem the pipe gets but I would say the higher temp coating the better.

Go for the 1200. I've seen pipes drsigned to run around 1050 to 1100. Ken had his coated on the Black Widow buildup and it is holding up good last I saw,

Good idea Ken. Maybe it would keep it from sounding like a corn grinder when you push it. Must have been that MAD horsepower you are putting out.
