a great thing to get to drop your lap times is a stationary bikes.

we did my laptimes before and after riding a stationary bike for 30 minuites a day and we have found fantastic results.

Sorry man you got winter's to deal with i have summer's to deal with i personally would rather have snow than 100+ deg temps cause thats no fun to ride in at least snow you can still bundle up and ride some.

well we might in the next couple years be packing up and moving to AZ or Palm Dessert......trust me I know what it feels like. When the wind hits your face and feels like a blow dryer non stop. But I hate snow sooooo id rather be in your position.
