I'm selling my 2001 400EX. I have alot of time put into it, but it's time for a 450.
The Good: Fairly fresh motor, estimating 30 hours including break-in
The Bad: It will be needing a-arms after awhile. The balljoints and bushings are bad. Shifter is about wore out, but shifter shaft splines are good. I had to do some welding on the frame. I had it done professionally, and am not scared of it one bit.
I'm at zip code 42071. I will travel up to 200 miles for a fee unless you buy it for my full price. If you do that, I'll go the 200 for free.

426 Kit: Wiseco Piston, 11:1 Compression, Cometic Gasket kit
450R front shocks, springs powdercoated black
A-arms powdercoated black
DG ProPegs. Nets removed, footpegs powdercoated black
Stainless Steel braided brake lines, new front EBC Pads
450r Rear caliper, rear rotor, swingarm, axle, and hubs.
Rear Hubs powdercoated black
Pro Circuit 304 Slip-On. Repacked at rebuild
Uni Filter
Keihin Jets, 155 main, 38 pilot
Ceet seat gripper cover
PRM Air Scoops
Rear Razr Tires
Front Douglas Wheels, Holeshot XC tires
MSR handlebars, Oury grips
MSR Clutch Perch and lever
