400ex 2000 Top End - 2005 Bottom End

I'm getting ready to mate a 2000 top end to a 2005 bottom end. Any major or minor disasters that I need to worry about?

You shouldnt have any problems. The only thing changed was the bottom end. The top end is still the same. I have a 2005 head on my 2001 bottom end

Will the clutch and flywheel be same, all I have is the case and everything inside.

Yeah its the same. The main difference in the 2005 is the transmission components. Other than that everything is basically the same.

you got that bottom off ebay didn't you. i was going to bid on that but i wasn't home!

Yeah I got it from Ebay, but the same guy has had two on there since I bought mine.
