Little winter time fun

Since the riding season here in PA is a little to wet to be going out I've been killing some time on my truck, heres some pics I figured I'd show you guys. :cool:



About 2 weeks ago I had something come up into the fan of my V8 S-10 and it caused havoc on just about everything in sight including my rad..

Here's after a couple skipped days of work, quite bit of polishing and some spraying of a paint gun.. Brand new water pump, fan, be-cool custom fit aluminum rad, new pulleys and belts.. and a few new chrome things just because.. :blah:

Cleaned everything up a little better then it has been, I've had this truck for over a year but work became a mad house and very little time was spent on it which is a shame.

I also put my Banshee back togather, it has been in pieces since the Breezewood ride about a year ago, rocking a flat tire none the less and the handguard is still bent down from me flipping over it :blah:

It has to be detailed up a little bit, it's been sitting there forever! I'm going to be repainting a lot of stuff on it once work slows down a little bit..

if anyone has Banshee shocks forsale hit me up, I could use some new ones, mine are clapped out. :tired: :o

I've been wet sanding and buffing this thing for the past couple months as I find time at work, it turned out pretty good all finished.. :cool:

Here's my winter project.. 2006 KVF700 Team Green Special Edition
I bought it with a trashed engine, 6000+ KM on a 2006 quad.. and something like 300 hours.

I've got everything for the engine except for one piece that's on back order.. and is keeping me from putting it back together

New pistons, rings , rods, crank, oil pump, ect..

After that all she needs are some tires, a new rim, bars and some cleaning up and then I'll decide if I'm selling it to make some money or keeping it.

Thank's, it has come a long way I've changed the entire front end on it, rebuilt the motor. It's been a fun little truck :cool:


This is what I did the last time I tinkered with it, Gloss black under, re did both bedsides and painted and threw herculiner in the bed. :cool:

My next winter project is to take off my bedsides and throw on my brand new wheels on drag radials :devil:

There is my spring project, restoring that semi for shows.. should be fun I'm waiting for the owner to find hood for it. :cool:

I actually just got done riding it, I need rear shock bushings and a good set of front shocks and you can come on over, we only have about 88 days till the season starts and I haven't ridden a quad in a little more then a year except for Evansville which was fun.. :o :cool:

By the way guys the Fiero should be painted soon I hand sanded the entire thing from 320-400-500 then finally expoxy sealed it, should turn out nice. :D

that danger ranger is pretty beast so is that truck and nice quad

mxjunkie... damn nice banshee! That thing looks sweet. What's all done to your 350? My brother has a 351 stroked to 396 stuffed in his ranger. Also, where is avondale, Pa at?

here's a few of my gen I ranger. I actually cleaned it the other day. Can't wait till I have money/time to do my axle/engine swap. It's not much now, basically my winter driver and trail rig. Not really much of a DD anymore. I've only put 700 miles on it since April.

alex's truck is actually a 99 or 00 cant remember with a 02 front end upgrade. he lives in my town and belongs to the smae ranger site i belong to

Thank's, it's came quite a ways since I first brought it home hah.. Recently I've been changing around stuff on it, I've had the chance to see Chris Borich's 450r in the pits and took a few ideas and tryed them on my Banshee.. Next move is the suspension, It's one rough mofo in the woods at times, wears me out hah. Hopefully if I get it done I am going to race a few PA state harescrambles with it if all goes right and dandy should be fun racing with a sea of 450's :cool:

What site would that be? roughrangers? TRS, rangerpowersports,

mxjunkie, do you happen to run any of D5 at all? I know rocket is on the harescramble circuit for D5. If you're up there sometime or at some of the D5 tracks, let me know.

Pretty cool color, they picked it so I hope they like it. It's called Blue ice metallic, it turns blue, silver, purplish and gold.. :p
