I can't answer the install question, but I just noticed that one Ebayer listed a bunch of WB/IMS/JE 440 Kits on Ebay for $130 new. Seems like a good deal.

I have put multiply 440 kits in several quads. The total cost including kit and machine shop cost ran around 800 to 1000

it all depends how deep into it you want to get. Cam, port and polish, hd studs, hd springs, carb, etc.
