It was a furniture restoration business. We also stored boats upstairs and a band had all of their equipment in their too. We lost all of our tools which total about $60,000. There is absolutely nothing left of the building. It got so hot it melted the flame resistant storage cabinets to nothing...

they think it was electrical. it took them almost 7 hours to put it out.

i know how u fill buddy my dad and his 4 brothers lost a part of the business to a fire...wish yall the best of luck

thank you guys.... but unfortunately my dad was only renting the building but he was in the process of buying it. he had no insurance on the stuff. hes going to contact some lawyers and hopefully it can be worked out.... if not we may have some big problems as far as the customers furniture that was inside.... its horrible. the strange thing is my dad usually keeps our two rotweiller puppies in the warehouse at night where its warm. well last night he had this feeling that made him put them outside in the dog house. thank god....

didnt realize there was any locals on here....i was up at a buddies, where he is a firefighter, in saquoit.. under mutual aid i ran with them for this call, let me tell you, it got big fast, and it was hard keeping the water on the fire, due to lack of water, and freezing pumps. sorry about your loss...

i wish you and your family the best of luck man....even though that means basically nothing at all....hopefully things work out after time. if major problems start to arise $ wise a fundraiser could probably be set up to help you guys out

yeah, it was a hard thing to watch. who is your buddy? If its Dan... he used to work for us before he became a firefighter. and thanks everyone.
