How do you think these would work on the 400ex?

I know they arent gas shocks, but you can find them pretty cheap, and anything has to be way better then these stock pogo sticks.

What do you think?

spring rate would make them really stiff. Think of how much a raptor weighs in comparison. They wouldnt be an improvement. 450r shocks would be though

well on the 660's, they weighed nothing up front. All the weights in the back, which is why those bikes are wheelie machines. So maybe they arent as hard as you think..

My dads 700 weighs no more thean my 400ex.:ermm:

The shocks lengths are different. The stroke is different.

Just get a pair of 450r shocks or buy some aftermarket shocks. Works has decent basic shocks starting at $379.99;)

ive heard alot about people puttin raptor shocks on 400's. Id say it would make an improvement, but nothing great. I have a raptor and a 400, and i agree the rear shock on the 400 is really sorry. as far as weight goes, i think the 400 is more balanced than the raptor. so im sure that puttin a 660 shock on would make ur ride somewhat stiff...
