i know wrong section, but im going riding today (hopefully) and need to know wth happened

ok am i missing a gasket? it is starting to crack and i havent even tightened it down all the way!! im kinda ****ed im pissed that it cracked considering i JUST painted it. please let me know if im missing something or if im doin something wrong.

looks like you didnt have everything lined up and put a touch too much force to it

check the used section or local craigslist for another one
