I have made a few upgrades and have been pleased so far, but how much more is in this engine.

re jet 115 main
open exhaust
k/n air filter holes in lid also
richened it up a bit
re gapped plug from 40 thou to 50 thou

I dont want to put a lot of money in this bike, may be a few more hundred bucks but no more.

no cams, heads or other internal parts
would a bigger carb really make a BIG differance or would it just run rich all the time and flood out. Would I notice a rev box?

thanks for the help, I have run out of Ideas.

I understand that you want big gains for little work.

I'm sorry to say, it really doesn't work out like that. "No pain, no gain"

A carb swap and a rev box will be noticeable, as long as you take the time to tune it correctly.

Without tearing apart anything, the only other thing you have left is a aftermarket header. There is only so many other things you CAN do when you leave out things like a cam swap, headwork, etc.
