Anyone want to buy my shocks or solve my problem?

is there something wrong with my front shocks? i was gonna sell them to a guy and he pointed out that theres no eyes in the bottom like there is in the top. i thought there was supposed to be then, but now i just saw a picture of another pair of 400ex shocks and they didnt have the eyes in the bottom.

heres my stockers. if anyones interested, id sell them.

yes there should be a collar and a metal bushing that goes in the bottom of each shock.
