how did you find top dead center when the install was complete i was told to stick a screw driver in the spark plug hole what for it to hit top of stroke and rock it back and for just as it starts down divide distance between the two ? anyone got another way just doing my home work before i start

Isnt TDC when you have the flywheel bolt unscrewed so you can see it and there should be 2 lines to line up.

im talking about how you find it with the timing key installed i know how to find it stock but once you advance it it throws the marks off right

Very softly, stick a screw driver in the spark plug hole and feel for the piston.

there is usually marks on the flywheel and the cases, line them up and it is TDC, look in your service manual if you have one.

yes, you can run it with a 10:1 piston safely. I've ran it with higher than that and had no problems.

Depends on your entire set up. I couldn't with a 10.8 piston...

ive heard both ways one says yes with good studs and theirs the no blows it blows head gaskets so dont know

all it has 10.1 piston stg1 cam slip on, filter, jet kit
