Help with my 04 yfz 450

I have a 2004 yfz 450 and I need to know what upgrades to do my motor because the motor is blown up for the second time in 6 months. Can any one help me with this. Thank You:ermm:

what is blowing about it? siezed?

try the 07 oil mod albaaction.com sells a kit im not exactly sure what you would need to do to get it in the bike yet.

Ok I will do the oil upgrade to my yfz 450.

If im not mistaken the oil pump on the 07 is also larger than the previous years.

No oil mod??......that is a must!!! Did the previous motors seize or what happened?

also make sure you did not suck any dirt. i did that onw time with an yz80 when i was young and did not know it. got it bored new p/r and it did the same thing a month later. took it to a better mechanic and he suggested i may have sucked dirt, sure thing when he tore it down the whole bottem end was filled with sand.just something to think about, we dont alway do our filters as good as we think we do.
