gibson stabalizer?

ok i came across a gibson steering stabalizer for cheep but its the dual setup and its for a yzf 450 will this work on the ex?

I am not sure if it will work or not, but could you please explain to me what a dual stabilizer is? What is the second one for?

I dont know for sure but from what i have heard some of the stabilizers only work moving one directions so you have to have two. Like i said though, this is what I have heard.
