Warn RT 40 UTV winch

Have a warn rt40 UTV winch never taken out of the box bought in late 2007 from northern tool for 500$ plus shipping. It is rated to 4000lbs. Im looking for 450$ OBO Plus shipping (located in MD) If bought i will ship out the next day or the same day that payment is recieved. Please dont lowball, like i said this winch is still in the box brand new. I will toss in a brand new 2inch reciever winch plate also. This goes into most revievers and the winch bolts to it, for easy removal.
