13:1 426 piston

i want to run a 13:1 je piston instead of my 11:1 compression 426. i want the crank and rod to hold up and was wondering if it would? who is running one and how do you like it. im set up for sand drags and need a little more b/c the 450s are pulling on me now.

The rod may last for a while but I would replace it to be on the safe side much cheaper fix now.
