go out to your local hardware store and purchase some sheet metal screws and screw them into the lugs on your tires. but don't buy really long ones! just buy something like 1/2" or so. depends on how thick the treads are. I did this and they aren't flat yet! and they also work great. but when you buy them, buy a flathead screw with a dome head. these work best. unless you get fancy and buy the self-tapping ratchet head ones. good luck! and these really do work good just don't buy them too long.
