hey
does anyone know of a clutch perch
that will use the stock clutch lever
but without all the parking brake hardware?

i would say just buy a CRF clutch perch on ebay used for a couple bucks. That will remove all of the crazy e-brake crap and has the same cable mount. easy swap.

does it matter what year crf?
have you tried this personally and
does it clear the stock switch housing?

no i have not personally done it but ive personally seen it. and yes it will work just fine. no it doesnt matter on the year, do your best to get within the same year as your bike though for genral purpose. It is alctually the exact same perch as the 450r but w/o the parking brake crap. or you can just spend the big bucks and buy the ASV pro pack which can eliminate the parking brake, put your hot start on the lever and then you can completely remove the switch housing. because if the only reason you use the stock electrics is for lights, you can just pull the wires and put them on a toggle switch and mount it in a unseen place. but to topic at hand, the crf perch works great.
