There has actually been more hits and replies to having ATV racing on Speed TV, than Speed’s premier New Year show, Barrett-Jackson Auction has gotten.

I would think SPEED would put the business plan together. As more atv’s hit the media the number of consumers will go up exponentially, the future is hard to capture in a business plan. If Speed looks at some of the growth indicator’s and factor’s it will find that putting ATV’s on is a low risk high gain investment. ESPN2 has seen the light…..they have your business and plan.


SPEED has many marginal series already. Some are not being picked up again like WRC and IOMTT and some have recently been taken off the schedule probably due to low ratings. We all think our favorite series should be picked up by SPEED. Doesn't happen that way. SPEED has a NASCAR contract and Rich C. These shows get big numbers and make lots of money. They are dropping the ones that don't. Lots of peole ride motorcycles and the ratings for those shows aren't that great.

And if ESPN is involved why come here? It has the bigger household
count.


I explained that…. This is a golden opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a exciting, lucrative, expanding consumer market, expanding at a huge factor of 10. More exposure for atv's the greater the return, expansion factor. Despite ESPN2, there is still a large population of consumers (general public) that have no idea quads race, SPEED can tap into. Once consumers learn how cool it is they go tell their friends and Walla! I've seen it happen. Bikes are old news. Ppl get intrigued to see something new like quad racing.

Plenty of $ for the taking w/quads...I.E. For every .005 exposure there is a .05 media growth return, money for SPEED to make. No I don't have data to back that up it's hard to capture, but just watch the percentage of quads on TV, video games, etc, growth in the past year. If I had time I'd present a business case of probabilities, but I have my own career. I suggest Speed does some professional internal research of its own and it will see the light. Then I suggest SPEED presents its business case to the series(s). Trust us we know, both will make a fortune!!!!

We've got somebody trying to get the thread locked up claiming one kid is posting all the comments (now over 61). The thread has had almost 1800 hits in the 3 days.

Here his posting and my reply:


why isnt this tread locked yet? Its the same kid posting all this stuff.

Racer (yeah I bet) you have already had one posting deleted off off this thread by the moderators, why don't you go somewhere else and post your negative remarks someone else threads. I have reveiw several of your posting (via your profile) and discovered most of what you have posted are negative posting.

There has been almost 1800 hits is three days and over 60 postings. This is an issue with the atv community and they have as much right as anyone to post their feeling......Don't be surprise this summer you see ATV show on Speed....

Speed Vision postings

86 replies and 3000 hits pretty good for a week....

There has been some heads turned by this posting and I know for sure there are things in the works, some prior to this posting and some because of this posting.

Only time will tell. (more) ATV programs will start showing up before too much longer...
