Once you have a lower back injury, (like a muscle or what not) you will have problems for ever. Me my mother both have had back problems that are easily iritated. I workout hard and heavy 5 days a week. Yet i'll be at work and pick up a 20 pound spring the wrong way and be gimped up for a week. It sucks!

Hah also when you sneeze even though u cant see it you spray over 30ft of whatever comes out your nose. thats a scientific fact as well. lol
Yeah back injuries are life long once you keep irritating the same spot over and over again year after year. Some days my back hurts a good bit but some days its fine. your abdominal muscles are what help your back the most so exercise and get em strong.

lol, you say "**** my life" because your back hurts every now and then?
After my last accident I can barely manage to sit up straight every morning because my back hurts so bad, no matter what I sleep on. My back has hurt so bad sometimes after sneezing that I have trouble catching my breath. All this and I'm sixteen.
But oh well, I can live with it.
