Does anyone know if a kasea engine case is interchangeable with the drr cases?? are they the same or different? I am refering to the right side case or short one

I have noticed a very slight width difference on the rear motor mounts from kasea to the rest of the cases. Kasea is slightly narrower, but will fit into just about any frame. Other than that it will interchange.

becareful when installing a set of kasea cases the rear motor mount on the sprocket side is narrower as stated above if put in a bind you can crack the case where the stud goes through, same caution using other than than the kasea cases in the kasea frame mounts on the chasis are narrower as well.

i was actually just refering to the short side case, that has the front mount not the rear

They should interchange just fine then.

If you don't mind, why are you replacing the right side(smaller) case? Usually the left(bigger) one gets replaced due to tranny problems but I haven't heard of the right side much.
