Quadtech hood install

Well I have decided to run the quadtech hood and I thought i would ask you guys for some advise on the install.

Please post close up pics and tips on the install if you can. Thanks

It is a 04 450r if that matters.

Do you have the hood in hand yet? Have you tried the install yet? I think you'll find once you do this, it is ridiculously easy.

Okay. Thats what I thought.

It looks like I just need to position it, drill four holes, and insert the push tabs.

It seemed to easy I guess.

I like those new hoods a lot. Yes that is the basic install of the hood. Real easy. I will never buy another carbon fiber hood again though! Too brittle.

Be sure when you drill the two holes at the top, don't let it get away and drill a hole in your gas tank.....:grr:

If it's just for look's why not a Maier Carbon fiber looking hood for 30.00?This way when you scratch it you won't be upset.
