View Full Version : shorter shifter/rear brake pedal?

Does anyone Know where I can get shorter brake pedal and shift selector? i got a set of blackline pro-peg nerfs that relocates the pegs back and down, now i can't reach the foot controls

Hinson sells them, so does Esr. I Think esr's are shorter and cheaper.

I think pro design makes a shorty shifter also, don't know about the brake pedal though.

When I bought my -1 brake pedal the guy at Hinson said it was there last and they were not making them anymore..:ermm:

just an idea take a stock 1 cut and chop reweld and paint. Custom fabbed shifter or brake pedal. Depends how well you can weld or if you care to do it yourself. But custom fabing the pedal or shifter yourself you can make it any length you want. So you may not want -1 maybe you feel more comfortable with a -.5 or something.

thats what i did... although i didnt have to chop my brake- only the shifter

Thanks for the info guys! i thought I could get away with the stock parts. But let me tell ya, missing the rear brake in a 4th gear wheelie almost ruined my holiday season.
