My buddy has a 400ex with +2 a arms and wheel spacers, and when we ask him if he likes getting muddy...he simply says "I just ain't a puss" I ride my fourwheeler alot without any fenders, like when I get done wrenching on it. You get muddy, but honestly, how clean do you stay with full fenders?

Ok, today we went riding, and at first there was a light dusting of snow, then it melted making it a muddy mess. I was riding with no front plastics...once again...and when I would go around a turn, the tire would fling mud right into my eyes. It wasn't bad with goggles, but without I don't think I could have ridden alot.

If your front end is extended, full fenders are worthless anyhow. I like being able to see the suspension work and what's under me anyhow, but I run +3 a-arms.

i have my fenders cut, and i have knobbie razr 2's:ermm: . but its not all that bad. most of the roost hits your legs and the bottom of your arms.

My big complaint with cut fenders wasn't the mud but the water. If I rode through even the smallest puddle when I had them cut my forearms and hands would get soaked. It made for a miserable ride at times. I still get wet with full fenders but they still seem to keep more of the water off.
