my buddy and i did a frame swap after he broke his old one in a wreck. Well we got everything back together and it wont crank. He put a new plug in it and scraped off paint from the newly painted frame so that the ground would seat right with the coil wire. he got his G/F to keep the plug and wire near metal while he tried to start it and there is no arcing or any type of sign that it has spark.. The lights come on when he tries to kick it off but it just wont fire off. Any one have any suggestions. This is a 05 trx 450 completly stock. Ohh it sat up for about 2 or 3 months until the swap but was running fine after the crash he just never went out to the garage to crank it like he should.

either grind down the grounding point some more which im sure you did. other than that you can double check wiring and make sure everything is indeed hooked up right. If both of those are taken care of then your next bet would be to buy the new coil.
