Can i polish my engine cover??

is it possibly to polish my engine cover either the clutch side or stator side.. and if soo.. how hard is it to take off and should i look out for anything falling out of the sides and...stuff?

You take out the bolts that keep it on there, and nothing jumps out or falls out !!! And a lot of people take those covers of and do stuff to them..

what if its like stuck.. :S lol do i hit it with a rubber mallet or some other alternative

yea it might take a few light smacks with a rubber mallet to break the seal,, but make sure you have all the bolts out before you start hitting it
