Why wont TCS answer their phones?

Well I figured with all the vendors on this site, like C&D, they would have an idea. I've been trying to get ahold of TCS to order some new shocks for my LTR, but get no answer. I tried the 26th, 27th, but not yet today. Are they closed untill after new years? Sorry if it seems like a dumb question, but I need to ride:devil:

Uhh Ohh I sent my rear shock to the location that is listed on their website, I hope they find it and take it with them lol. Do you know when they will be able to do some business pappy?
