450r carb on a pretty stock 400ex

so i bought a 450r n cable with a plan to build a 440 big bore u decided not to cuz i don't really have the time to find a shop n all the but anyway... i am going to do a rebuild with a 10:1 wisco piston n a rebuild head n i have a pipe n airfilter can i just bolt the 450r carb up to my bike or do i need to re jet it and if so what jet, or can i take the jet out of my stock carb, its a 155, it came with the pipe.
