is it possible to bend aluminum rims back to shape without breakin em?

It's possible to bend them back into working condition but it''ll depend on how bad they are.

Depends on how and where they are bent. A hammer and block of wood may work.

what does the 4/110 mean anyways? im guessing the 4 is the # of bolts?

It means 4 lugs in a square pattern with 110mm of space between them. 5bolt rims are measured differently though...
